Each person has their own set of traits that make them unique. Have you ever tried to down play or even completely hide a part of you?! More often than not, the answer is YES. We live in a world where connection and feeling a sense of belonging is important. As kids we use our intuitions to pick up on what’s “acceptable” in our community. We adjust to fit in, which sometimes means losing parts of ourselves along the way.

It’s time to reconnect with those parts of ourselves. The parts that are too shy to come out, or maybe feel it isn’t safe for them to do so (because it wasn’t always). Those parts that make you, YOU, but perhaps were never fully nurtured.

At HIP we aim to help intuitive people live more closely in alignment with their true, authentic selves. ALL of who you are is important and we aim to embrace all those parts within.

If you’re feeling ‘stuck’, ‘unsettled’ or ‘not good enough’ in any area of your life, there may be a part of you that is not aligned. Living in alignment means being true and honest with yourself. It means keeping those promises, following through, and feeling GOOD about the choices you’re making. Do you accommodate for others more than you accommodate for yourself? Living in alignment means treating yourself like a priority (nudge nudge…because you ARE).

We care A LOT about living in alignment because when you’re aligned - well, that’s when you can be EMPOWERED to let your true beautiful colors shine. When we say being a HIP is a gift, we mean it. We believe that by fully leaning into your HIP-ness, you’ll be making the world a better place.

  • Being Highly Intuitive is on a continuum - there is no test you can take and it is not a diagnosis. If you relate to multiple traits or strongly to a few of them, you may be highly intuitive. Research shows that up to 20% of the population may be highly intuitive!

  • Depth of Processing - You find yourself reflecting and thinking deeply about life.

    Overstimulation - You notice many elements in your environment. Noise levels, temperatures, smells, and clutter are a few things that may affect you more than a non-hip. You may find yourself overwhelmed by it all.

    Rich Inner World- You have deep feelings and a lively inner world. You hold empathy towards others and are affected by the energy of those around you.

    Subtle Awareness - You pick up on the micro changes around you. Maybe you notice someone’s slight facial change or small difference in your environment.
